We are pleased to announce that Cory Kessler has been selected as the next Principal of Bowling Green Elementary School starting
July 1. Mr. Kessler is well known to the school and community as he has served as the assistant principal for the last five years, and lives in our community where his three children also attend BGE. He was selected from a talented pool in a competitive process that included input from representative parent, teacher, and administration committees. His relationship with Mrs. Bailey will ensure a smooth transition in leadership continuing the gains we have seen recently in student achievement, behavior, and staff morale.
Cory is committed to the support of all of our students' social, emotional and academic wellbeing and looks forward to his new role and is quoted- “I am so excited to continue growing the success of our BGE students. I have truly found a family at BGE and in the Bowling Green community. I look forward to serving the staff, students, and families that we have in our amazing school. It's a great day to be a Bobcat!“
Mr. Kessler came to us five years ago after serving for seven years as a teacher and PBIS coach in Lewis County, MO. Please join us in congratulating Mr. Kessler.
