Bowling Green Elementary

On Wednesday, two of our BGE staff were honored with $500 mini grants from the Missouri Retired Teacher's Association. Local and regional officers were on hand to present a check to Nurse Jamie Baker to develop trauma kits to be kept in each hallway of our building making sure necessary supplies are nearby regardless of where you are in our building. They also printed a check to Mrs. Becky Lorenson to purchase specialized reading materials for her classroom library. Thank you to the MRTA for sponsoring this yearly program. Congratulations to Becky and Jamie and thanks for your work to write these grants ensuring that our students needs are met.
